If you pay any attention to the context it's clear I was referencing renovations, especially when you consider that the paragraph before I responded to the point about vacation homes, and the paragraph after I responded to the point of them being held for investments. Anyone bothering to read what I was saying instead of skimming for things to argue against would have recognized I was splitting up the specific points using clear quotes and paragraphs to differentiate which specific point I was addressing at the time.
