use a vpn. you've been IP-banned, which is how they track you. also, clear your cookies, as they can track you that way, too.

They can even track you with browser fingerprints these days, and that is quite hard to prevent

Note that a lot of free VPNs are easily identifiable and blacklisted by a lot of websites. Hell, even some paid ones have blacklisted IPs sometimes.
