A gaming sub free from the hype and oversaturation of current releases, catering to gamers who wait at least 12 months after release to play a game. Whether it's price, waiting for bugs/issues to be patched, DLC to be released, don't meet the system requirements, or just haven't had the time to keep up with the latest releases.

Not 16 bit, but certainly looks pretty... Disco Elysium - I have heard great things about this game
The closest I have played for link to the past feel was Blossom Tales. Short but sweet!
Disco Elysium is very far away from being an action RPG or anything like Zelda imo. It doesn't even have combat. It's absolutely wonderful as a game but yeah.
Blossom Tales 1 and 2 are basically Zelda clones with a different and very cute story. Fully recommend those.
I don't think Disco Elysium would count as action RPG, though. A good game, nonetheless!
