In Korea and other countries Bing and DDG don't show anything when you search for PeerTube: https://jeena.net/notes/1391
Interesting. Is this happening in the u.s? If not there might be a law for those countries making them hide it there. If you can, try searching for sepia search, its a sesrch engine for almost all peertube intances basically its as if peertube was youtube, do those countries show that?
In Korea my assumption is that it happens because there are NSFW PeerTube instances and in Korea porn is forbidden so Bing probably just blocks everything about PeerTube.
