Ah okay. I'm not surprised Israel makes tech that can be used to spy on others. That bastion of free speech and democracy.
An Israeli company makes it, not Israel.

They are spying on journalists, not on other sovereign states.
In their case, they’re spying on journalists also. That’s not the only spying they’re doing.
