Hahaha that's an awesome email. She should totally just roll with it. When saying out the email to people just deadpan the delivery for maximum effect.

Spelling it out is worse because it sounds like you're trying to be subtle so the people around don't hear

About the best you could do would be too make weird group's of letters when spelling it out. Like, "My email is FING... ERME" or something like that.
