Are you a water connoisseur?

I prefer my water from this one source - a tap in my grandma house. Frankly my house tap water is just 6/10. But her water is almost sweet it is very tasty.

Is there a terminology to describe the taste of water?

yes, my favorite drinking water is the one in my hometown, straight tapped from a mountain spring... filtered mineral water just isn't the same, and purified water just tastes off imo
