Marriage isn't a christian concept at all. It's existed in almost every culture in the world for all of recorded history.

Alright.

But the LGB movement is most prevalent in western countries.

And in western countries we have a minority of Christians and Muslims.

Both Christianity and Islam find their roots in Judaism.

The legal construct of marriage in most western countries is entirely separate from the religious one.
