I want to do more raids but I'm unsure on how to get bad omen, no outposts nearby and the nearest mansion, while worth visiting for dark oak is thousands of blocks away. How do I spawn patrols more?

Can they spawn in light?

My area is mostly mob proof. Lots of light

They only spawn at day I think
