Since my vita can't emulate ds games properly and I want to get my hands on different handhelds, I want to buy me a second hand model. Would you recommend the form factor of 2ds for bigger hands or are 2ds and 3ds clamshells are no sweat?

The 2DS really gave me hand cramps. I suggest you invest into a clamschell 2DS/3DS, definitely.

That's the thing. I have long ass fingers that gets cramped up so easily with small form factors.
