The last update to Pixel Sounds added a “Gems” collection. Google is now working on letting you set different Pixel vibration patterns.

Holy fucking shit finally. Having custom vibrations is going to be absolutely amazing. Pity if you use a case the vibration is so weak I can barely feel it in my pocket.

It has changed at some point, Pixel 8 and 9 have crazy good vibration strengths with a case

Ugh, it's like they realised the pixel 7 vibration just sucked... Maybe I should attempt to upgrade then...

There's nowadays an adaptive vibration setting in the haptics which increases the effect in a pocket etc. Is it available for 7 and would it help?

Oooo! Yes that exists! Hopefully this sorts it out. Thankyou for pointing it out.

Unfortunately I already had everything set to 100% so unless it goes above 100% I'm not sure it will be useful. But here's hoping!
