What a succinct way of putting it. Tbh I suspect they may have done the same thing with calling the 2020 election "rigged" after the recent allegations about election fraud.
It's only rigged if their guy loses.
If you cheat and lose the only logical conclusion is they cheated more or better but they had to have cheated.

Every accusation is an admission, and diluting meaningful dialogue is entirely the point.
