WTF?!? I don’t think about any of my kids sex lives. 3 out of 4 are adults (18-23) and I don’t give a fuck. It’s their life to live.

Good. That's how it should be. But it's not how it is for a very massive chunk of the population. A lot of people have sexist beliefs when it comes to men vs women having sex, and they project those onto their children.

When my wife lost her virginity, her mom threw a fit about it, called her a worthless slut, said she would end up homeless working as a prostitute, and refused to talk to her for a week. My wife was 20 years old when this happened.

We've been married for 14 years now. I was her first. And my lovely, compassionate, caring wife who only wants every person to live their best life, has one little petty thing she does. Whenever her mom spends the night, my wife will be both horny, and loud, with me (the person who was her first, all those years ago) because her mom can't say anything bad about it.

Do you get a Pavlov boner when your mother in law spends the night?

[–] CADmonkey@lemmy.world 2 points 2 years ago

Not really, the big difference between a normal night for us or a night when her mom is visiting is that my lovely wife doesn't try to stay quiet when her mom is visiting.

Who are these parents so interested in their children's sex lives? Would they like the details of every time they take a dump too?

[–] Son_of_dad@lemmy.world 39 points 2 years ago (2 children)

What shit parent takes no interest in the lives of their kids and what shit parent would not care about their underage kids running around banging without consequence

Literally every good parent in the world should have an interest in their child's health (which includes their sex life). Braindead take I'm surprised you put the lead paint chips down long enough to type that comment

Not everyone likes to install tape recorders in childrends bedrooms. How dare this guy not share your exact thoughts on parenting though fucking child for sure!

[–] stephen01king@lemmy.zip 1 points 2 years ago

Interesting that that's your first thought when it comes to parents and sex education. Is this just projection on your part and is actually something you've been wanting to do for a while?

Hey can I ask where does this statement come from? Specifically I'm just wondering what's the origins of it?

[–] Zoldyck@lemmy.world 3 points 2 years ago (1 children)

Tysm, this was what I was looking for
