Forgot the name of the add on for Firefox, but it can redirect to your own instance.

It converts all links to your home instance (in your browser).

It doesn't work for me. I don't know if it's because feddit.org's web UI runs on Lemmy 0.19.5 instead of Lemmy 0.19.9.
