Looks like my 3060 is the last Nvidia card I'll be using

I literally just upgraded to a 3060 the other day. Having low requirements has its benefits.

Still running my 1080. Had dual 1080s but nothing supports SLI so I just made my wife a new comp with the extra one. Looks like I'll never go back to Nvidia though. Their stock value got the best of them and now they're bullshitting for shareholder returns.

Wonder if there will actually be any consequences from the neutered CFPB, SEC, and the like.

Can confirm that my 7800 XT has the expected specs, did not burst into flames or melt unexpectedly and cost 500€. Suck dick NVidia.

Can confirm rx 6750 xt to also have all cores as specs, did not burst into flames, was a decent price ( 370 ), and does not use 50A of 12v power.

Can also confirm that I can play pretty much any game I want with my 6750 XT, including new releases with baked in RT like Indiana Jones, with no problem at all. The thing just runs everything I throw at it, no fire, no physx problem.

Oh shit, i forgot the physx stuff being dropped and killing performance in older games haha

To be fair, you can at least turn this off in most (if not all) of the impacted games.

And I bet it also did not draw 20A over one cable, but 25A spaced over 6 cables (so 4A/cable).

If last year was the year of "let's all laugh at Intel" it looks like we have a new punchline this year. Fucking hell Nvidia.
