Christian Horner took a softer view of Isack Hadjar's emotional reaction to crashing out before his F1 debut than Red Bull adviser Helmut Marko.

Iโ€™m with Horner. Itโ€™s easy to forget these are just kids.

Imagine spending your life from childhood working towards a dream, then your very first race you spin out before the race begins. That just sucks.

To Hadjarโ€™s credit he was not the last or most experienced driver to spin out, it was difficult conditions, he was just the most unlucky in his timing.

Also, Iโ€™m glad this younger generation can be more open with their emotions. I noticed in Drive to Survive they are, which I think is good.

From the article, as it takes a while to get to the point:

"It was quite heart wrenching to see him so gutted," the 51-year-old told media including RacingNews365. "You know, his first grand prix."

The Briton highlighted how well the driver of the junior team performed over the weekend, underlining an "awful lot of positives" the Frenchman can draw from his debut, despite the circumstances.

"I think the positives he needs to take out of it when he reflects on the weekend," Horner said. "He performed very well through the practices and the qualifying. You forget that these guys are just kids really.

"Obviously a lot of emotion for him today, but I think when he strips it back, there's an awful lot of positives he can take out of the weekend. He's got many bright days ahead of him."

The world really needs more people like Anthony Hamilton. Marko is a bully.

He really is a shit human being. The point is really driven home when you consider Horner, of all people, is the voice of reason.
