What kidnapping? What endangerment?
Violating an existing protective order to trespass doesn't seem endangering to you?
That's a different word. Tresspassinng, and breaking a restraining order maybe. Or assault or something
He may have had previous charges for kidnapping and child endangerment, and took a plea to get the charges reduced. Then under his conditions of the plea, if he violates the restraining order he gets re-charged with those, and no option to plea out. I've seen stuff like that happen to lots of folks.
That'd be my best guess, but I could be wrong.
You think he was just having a laugh by hiding under the kids bed when their parents weren't home?
You don't consider a stranger under a child's bed a danger? I sure do.
