Some of those shows have been going on for many years. Any opinion on how they have changed over time? I’m not sure if you watch the most current or do you skip back in time, maybe there is a “golden era”.
I stay current. Let's see Daily Show has definitely gone through some changes. From John leaving to Trevor and now the current format of John once a week. Stephen Colbert is an entirely different show now vs the Colbert Report. I enjoy the Late Night but I still miss some Colbert Report. And Last Week Tonight has stayed about the same focusing on one main topic of the week.
Classic that John came back on part-time after attempting retiring. I find a kind of comfort in entertainment that addresses current events; it’s like, reality-validating, maybe I could say?
