The paradox of tolerance ceases to be a paradox if you conceptualize it as a social contract, as those that refuse to abide by said contract will not be protected by it.

The fact they're so bigoted already shows they are full of fear. And what scares them is a higher concentration of melanin, not having a penis, and having love for all humanity instead of just a small group.

It is more feeling that one does not belong to the sex they were assigned at birth.

Research shows that gender-nonconforming teens realize that they feel "different" at around age 8, but usually don't disclose for about 10 years. That's 10 years of feeling that they are in the wrong body.
