Whoa that's really neat! Seeing this in person must've been trippy.
I did do a sort of double take.
The solution is applying vaseline to your eyes. This will result in a kind of physical screen space blur, thus eliminating the artifacts.
(Edit: please don't do this.)
Even Minecraft has more realistic clouds than those.

Hello IT, have you tried turning it off and on again?
I'm testing a new low res texture pack, believe it or not it's more popular than the quality one's.
Need a weather expert to correct me because I sorta remember those kind of clouds are bringing bad news in regards to upcoming weather conditions.
