Pingu is just in general a malcontent tbh. Not allowed to use the adult toilet? Piss on the floor. Not winning at hide and seek? Cheat. Etc etc.

It's literally been decades since I've seen it, but I seem to remember that he got upset regularly when he was forced to participate with the family instead of playing outside.

I think people say it because it helps if you're "having a bad week" or whatever, and it certainly doesn't hurt, but yeah, if it's something more serious or it lasts longer, people should be looking for professionals while still practicing self care. Same thing we do with all other illnesses

Why did you do this to me?

I know everybody is different but I don't understand how anybody thinks calm tasks will cure anxiety, because that has never worked for me.

For me exercise is the only thing that helps, but it almost always works.
