Oh shit, I have literally done this!

Waitress bussing plates during a busy service Me chefing during said busy service Both collide in the dish area and her hand is mildly bruised. My dyslexic ass trying to say "are you OK?" and "I'm sorry" at the same time. "Are you sorry!?"
