I agree, but isn't that the whole point of these shitty shows about trivia questions?
Trick questions to remove contestants abound. I remember one in the Brazilian version, it asked something along the lines of "<Dude's name>, founder of <local fast food chain in the 1990s>, used to do what before he created the company?"
Said founder isn't exactly a public figure even in business magazines and the chain, imaginatively named "Bob's", is the kind that people prefer to avoid most of the time, save for the milkshake.
