I use a curve card which links to existing credit cards. Their app allows me to add it as a payment option for NFC on my fairphone with /e/os

It has not much use in Finland anyway, and some banks do not even support any integration. I do not understand why would anyone use it, even though I lived in different countries when it was all hype, never even considered enrolling. Like letting some entity you don't trust that's not even governed by your laws with you money? No, thanks.

I mean, its literally the same thing as using a Master Card or Visa card, they're both US firms. And I find it extremely convenient not to have to pull out my wallet and rummage through it each time to find my card and then sometimes be forced to type in my pin, and then have to put the card back in and my wallet back into my pocket. I just have to tap my phone, which is always on me (would be even more convenient if I had a watch that supported it as well but I don't), and sometimes have to rescan my fingerprint to confirm.

Samsung i guess, apple, or some smart watches have some support (like garmin's "support")
