Well wrong platform...
Usually they ignore critique and they tell people, problems aren't there or are located on other points than they really are.
For example the FP4 (and some of the former models) had heavy problems with ghost inputs coming from they mainboard jack for the display. They claimed, it is a software issue which obviously was a lie. It took them more than a year (nearly two) to provide this "fix". It simply suppresses inputs. Sometimes ghost inputs still occur and users reported that the display does not work if the phone touches a ground like a table.
This was not taken into account nor fixed since August 2023.
Additionally I use /e/OS (which is a mess as well) and they advertise using it and they even sell phones with this OS preinstalled. When I had another issue (coming from FP not /e/) they annoyed me with several steps like using the safe mode. After reallizing that this is the well known issue that many others have already reported before in official tickets and claimed in the forum, they responded: /e/ is not supported.
The ridiculous security update problems are still not handled properly.
My guess: They will ignore all these negative topics and only answer things like: Yes, you can replace battery by yourself
