trying to artificially influence the weather in such dramatic way and not wishing others to know how is simply just trying to avoid at all costs from anyone studying the entire implications it might have both good and bad.. this should be disturbing to everyone, i hate how they can and is effective to just try to gaslight people like that

The question on this type of cloud seeding is probably not “can you” but “how much cancer and other issues will this give us”

@Sunshine More likely to cause them than to stop them, at least lightning. It is largely the movement of water droplets that build up the static charge that leads to a lightning discharge. Causing to rain could help the forest fires after they've started, but cloud seeding won't reduce lightning.
