As someone who loves chips/french fries, I'm afraid even I can't compete with this lmfao (ate so many chips and crisps one day I had like 6,000 mg of potassium but that was only one day, even then I felt like it was risky lol) ๐Ÿ˜ญ

Potassium RDA on labels is a bit ridiculous. I actually looked into this yesterday or the day before. There isn't actually an official RDA for potassium because nutritionists haven't agreed on one yet, so the one listed on nutritional panels is a loose recommendation to ensure you don't under-consume potassium. I probably hit 10-15% of the RDA, and I just had a blood panel done and my potassium levels are upper mid range.
