You just have burnout/trauma/depression like me you are a true human Krishnamurti: “It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society.”

Must be expectations from Columbia with all this coc(o)a growing and turning into powder. The eyes of cat are so big.

Personal care not excluded.

Please say what this is and how you made it!

  • put a handful Müesli-Mix (here self-made with oatmeal, sunflower & pumpkin seeds, nuts, etc.) in a bowl
  • as much Milk and a bit more (oat Milk in my case)
  • a spoonful quark/jogurt
  • slice some fruits to taste (here nectarine & apple)
  • add some Müesli on top for the crunchy
  • then the berries if you have (currant is right? Johannisbeere)

About 5 minutes of effort daily And maybe 15 all 2 months to mix the Müesli.

I like to add some salt and cinnamon. But maple syrup fits too.

Looks like muesli, fruit, berries, and milk and/or yogurt. It’s a nice breakfast - I make something like that myself sometimes

Generating food with your favorite diffusion model doesn't count

Same. So now I am renting a place to work and it's much better :)

[–] onslaught545@lemmy.zip 2 points 3 hours ago

Yeah, I had to go from 5 years of WFH to doing physical labor, and I can confirm it's hell.

Not OP but I too feel the same, software developer.

"I don’t know if you saw this study the other day but what this study clearly showed is that when people who have the ability to come downtown to an office don’t—when they stay home, sitting on their couch with their nasty cat blanket, diddling on their laptop—if they do that for a few months, you become a loser."

He's not wrong, but I sure hope that quote loses Mayor Frey the election, lol.

I mean... my experience with it is "all of the above".
