Well all of it has to come back to the exporters (we pay it all, as trump always says) /s
I know the current thought process is that the US consumer pays this, but I know of exporters that have been told by the big chains in the US that told the exporter to take a hit because they feel that they cant pass on all of the tariff to the US customers
So not only is he fucking with you, but also with the rest of the world:
- US customers pay more and buy less
- Exporters get bullied by large US importers
- Exporters get stung twice, Less sales and lower margins
- Exporting countries economies suffer because you fuckers let that fuck-wit in again

The tariffs are essentially an unpredictable tax on consumers and companies. Mostly it'll be the consumers but if companies are effectively bullied into eating some of the tax and reducing their profits, it's a corporate tax on them. Of course the GOP says it's completely against new taxes on anyone and especially corporate profits, but that's what the tariffs are. Being unpredictable and changing due to bullying or political influence - or lack thereof - is much worse for the markets in general.

Same as always. They'll just appeal and delay and keep repeating that until they get a judge that will toe the line.
The SCOTUS can't appeal... They're the last stop, nothing higher than them. They can refuse to hear a case and wait for one they think better fits their agenda to rule on.

That's not SCOTUS appealing, it's them delaying hearing the case.
The appeals court made a ruling. They said it won't apply until October 14, knowing that the Trump admin would ask SCOTUS to hear the case.
Correct, that's how the court system works.
Ok well, just going to point out the obvious here - SCOTUS has not yet heard the case, so while they may be the last stop, this issue hasn't gotten to that last stop yet.

Well is there god or what? Let me air out my complaints: first putin, I can talk about that guy I assume. If god did exist, he or she would find the closest old piece of furniture, rip one of its legs off with a nice twisting motion to make as many splinters as possible and promptly pass that leg thru putin's rear end but not all the way thru. putin needs to stay alive for a few months like that. God, you made my dad suffer for 7 long months, thanks for that....asshole.... putin? Yeah I wanna see 8 months with a table leg up his ass. So that's one.
Secondly, I can't say what I want to say. Fix that. Give us back our rights and our 2nd amendment.
The oligarchs of the world want every thing. Please make them really small and have them all live in a huge desolate island. Small like an amoeba small. They way they can live happy and leave the rest of us alone.

And if you do really exist, cure all diseases and make our reproductive organs even larger than we through would be good. A couple of inches please. And give all homeless people education, a home, food, shelter and a job. Have them all be the most artistic and revered famous people.
