My cat doesn't like a cold butt. If I'm laying on the couch she'll tuck her butt into my armpit. She likes being under covers up to her waist.

I think she's got some arthritis in her back axle, and warmth helps ease it. Where I really see it is when she's washing. Her bathtime yoga is a bit creaky.

Our long hair Grey will do this at random times. As far as I know, it's random. We figure he just wants attention.

If you let him he will stay that way, sitting up head down forehead against some part of you, for a long time.
