If they are incentivized to deny care and not punished for abusing that, it is basically the same thing as privatizing Medicare.

I was in the first AI/ML training session by one of the major cloud providers, and a few health execs were there too.

Those bastards were absolutely giddy about the prospect of being able to use AI to deny people expensive care.
