They've just declared war on their own Jesus:

"Anti-capitalism", right there, AND direct "hostility towards those who hold traditional American views on morality", if one takes American televangelists as paragons of American morality.

[–] Kazumara@discuss.tchncs.de 19 points 6 days ago (2 children)

"traditional American views on religion" so do they mean like upholding separation of church and state, or not quite that traditional?

[–] moakley@lemmy.world 7 points 6 days ago (1 children)

It's the same contradictions all the way down the list.

"anti-capitalism"

So anyone who supports the government directly and arbitrarily interfering with private businesses? Like Trump is doing constantly?

"anti-Christianity"

So, anyone opposed to helping the poor and needy? Anyone who doesn't treat foreigners with respect and kindness? Anyone who skipped over that whole "meek shall inherit the Earth" thing?

"support for the overthrow of the United States Government"

So, Trump and MAGA.

"extremism on migration"

Also Trump and MAGA.

"extremism on race"

Trump and MAGA.

"extremism on gender"

Trump and MAGA.

Conspiracy theory time, I think it's vague like that on purpose. It's like fucking horoscopes, written so you read what you want it to mean. It's preying on the poor reading skills of the illiterate, and half of American adults can't read at middle school level.

[–] L7HM77@sh.itjust.works 2 points 6 days ago (1 children)

If that's a conspiracy theory, I guess I'm a conspiracy theorist now. "Terrorist" as context in legal wording carries a lot of weight, and can be used to bypass due process. When everyone is legally defined as a terrorist, the powers that be can make anyone, citizen or not, disappear at any given time without any public notation. I can't imagine any legitimate reason for this to be written as law the way it is, there is no "proper" place for a law worded like this to be used outside of a dictatorship.

To my interpretation, this isn't vague at all.

To join the club, you gotta leave your phone at home.

basically, a homemaker wife making babies, also traditional straight male/female roles and identity(white is preferable), to these conservatives. women must not take leadership roles, or in roles that a man should be done.-conservatives.

[–] DarkSideOfTheMoon@lemmy.world 9 points 6 days ago (2 children)

What would be considered extremism on migration or gender?

[–] resting_parrot@sh.itjust.works 9 points 6 days ago (1 children)

Whatever the ruling class decides. It is intentionally vague.

[–] DarkSideOfTheMoon@lemmy.world 1 points 6 days ago* (last edited 6 days ago) (1 children)

But this is what I am afraid. It’s so vague allegedly they could silence anyone or cancel green cards for any speech they doesn’t like.

[–] Womdat10@lemmy.blahaj.zone 2 points 6 days ago

That's the point

[–] IAmNorRealTakeYourMeds@lemmy.world 5 points 6 days ago (1 children)
[–] Kazumara@discuss.tchncs.de 2 points 6 days ago

Sounds radical to me, but not necesarily extremist

[–] Doomsider@lemmy.world 9 points 6 days ago (1 children)

From the free speech party to the stop all speech I don't like party at break neck speeds.

"When you are in power, I ask you for freedom, because that is according to your principles. When I am in power, I take away your freedom, because that is according to my principles" - Frank Herbert

I check of all those boxes :3

  • Anti-Americanism: I dont belive in the concept of a USA nor of an "American", if New York became an independent socialist republic I would celebrate
  • Anti-Capitalism: Fuck capital
  • Anti-Christianity: Fuck religion in general (I mean all religion)
  • Support for the overthrow of the United States Government: Fuck the state
  • Extremism on migration: Freedom of movement should never be infringed, especially by lines made up by capitalists
  • Extremism on race: Race is a social construct
  • Extremism on gender: Gender is a social construct
  • Hostility towards those who hold traditional American views on family: They sure as fuck aren't my traditions nor the traditions of my people
  • Hostility towards those who hold traditional American views on morality: They sure as fuck aren't my traditions nor the traditions of my people
  • Hostility towards those who hold traditional American views on morality: They sure as fuck aren't my traditions nor the traditions of my people

Indica does not mean "indicators of violence" more clanker slop

[–] ManOMorphos@lemmy.world 2 points 6 days ago

"Indicia" is the correct word, "indica" is the cannabis species. They're probably not fond of the latter.

[–] Xttweaponttx@sh.itjust.works 4 points 6 days ago (1 children)

Jeesus. Is this from some sort of official statement / quote from the US or? Would love to share the OG source with some folks I know who are still trying to pretend it's not fascism 😓

[–] Doorbook@lemmy.world 3 points 6 days ago

Wow this is anti-Semitic! How come no "Anti-Israel" in that list?

[–] Kolanaki@pawb.social 113 points 1 week ago (2 children)

indica (indicator)

You and I have a very different idea of what "indica" implies.

[–] deadbeef79000@lemmy.nz 37 points 1 week ago (5 children)

Cannabis indica and Cannabis sativa are two types, or strains, of the cannabis plant.

For others, like me, who had no idea.

[–] Tollana1234567@lemmy.today 2 points 6 days ago

2 species, you wouldnt call them strains if they are 2 different species.

Hearing "anti-morality" from the child rapist is surreal.

[–] UnderpantsWeevil@lemmy.world 23 points 1 week ago

In the land of the rapists, the woman with a whistle is the criminal

[–] StraponStratos@lemmy.sdf.org 58 points 1 week ago (7 children)

Other than extremism on migration, race, or gender I’m proudly all those things.

I hope the US government can be overthrown and their extremism on migration, race, and gender can be ended

[–] DivineDev@piefed.social 69 points 1 week ago (3 children)

I assume I'm all of these things since they probably consider being in favor of trans rights as gender extremism.

Extremism for migration and race probably hinges on whether you believe in due process

"Anti-christianity" is pretty rich coming from the antichrist.

Hostility towards those who hold traditional American views on religion,

So, like, not separating church and state? Or not being an agnostic deist?
