What is a ruin? We’re running off of “You know it when you see it” at the moment. Ruins should be non-functioning structures of some age, or their function reduced to tourism and the like.

I have been there, the inside is mostly collapsed and this picture is from the only good side, the rest is no better than rubble and piled stones.

Also, no roof! Very handy for the Irish weather.

Yeah that tower doesn’t exactly look like the builders were strictly following the specs. I’d guess they cut corners elsewhere.

Cropped and resized from this image, with improper aspect ratio... and blue-noise stippling? It looks like it's been passed through a variational auto-encoder. But nothing's been changed.
