I actually just started playing Hit & Run on a PS2 emulator, and it's surprising how well it holds up. I'll have to figure out how to try this mod.

I've seen many remakes but where do you buy the pc version to play any of them?

I replayed the PS2 version on my retroid but I think these mods need the windows version.

unfortunately, the game is no longer being sold, you might find a copy on the second hand market, or maybe an internet archive.

Also if it isn't sold anymore, my go-to website for games is myabandonware.com It tends to have descriptions of the compatibility with modern systems, and for hit and run it has the modding tools linked. For other stuff it has the patches you need to run it, usually
