I'm not looking to be for or against anything here but why that term? It's like saying "pro-sleep".

This is weird.

I've oft argued the term woke is rather wokish itself

  • Woke means aware.
  • People who are aware of their surroundings tend to care about their surroundings.
  • People who care are more likely to vote to protect the people around them.
  • People who vote to protect other people are considered politically left, while people who vote to hurt other people are considered politically right.
  • The "right" want to use a slur to describe/degrade the "left".
  • Woke is now used as a slur.

woke means more than that tho. it's more like awakened or progressive. a word youths used to compliment people with a tolerant and supportive mindset.

they say it like that, to show they want to actively destroy progress and tolerance.

when someone is anti-nice, they aren't just ugly or liking ugly; they want to remove or destroy everything nice.
