Nothing will ever top the hours long bender that led me to trepanning. I do not recall the journey's details, more so the destination and the realization that it was a wild ride.

Its weird to me that Mould would be the one to have his name on it considering the wikipedia article itself says this effect has been known for a while now.
I get what you're saying, but he's spent years investigating this subject, so it feels fair for him to be given some credit for it. No requirement that we name things after the literal person who discovered it, particularly because that's often impossible to prove.
