There's the Astarion/cazador scene depending on what routes you take in act 3 but I don't want to spoil anything. It's pretty brutal.

Yeah that scene is pretty brutal.

Still sucks for anyone in Japan who wants to experience the game in its intended form.

Most likely these are only changes for the PS5, because the games rating board is really strict about what’s allowed on consoles, thanks to the idea children are more likely to game on one. So PC gamers should still get the full experience.

I know only of one torture scene in BG3, its in Act 1 / Goblin Camp

What would actually count as torture in this case? What about Volo helping remove the parasite? What about being flogged (on request)? Or branded? Listening to Volo sing?
