I moved to Mastodon months ago, and I tried over and over to get my closest followers to follow me over and most of them continue to stay there. Happy to say I finally deleted my Twitter account, but I can't imagine the level of addiction you've got to be on in order to sit through this.

Twitter is firing off about 10 requests a second to itself to try and fetch content that never arrives because Elon's latest genius innovation is to block people from being able to read Twitter without logging in.

I just love that!
