Nope. The quote is constantly attributed to RvB but it was literally never said in the show. Someone just made the quote, put it on the screenshots (which are from two different seasons) and people just assumed that it was part of the show because of how well it fits.
I'm 90% sure these exact lines, or something similar, is in the show. Edit: Nah, I just checked, the scene I was thinking of is completely different.
I swear this was in RvB. It's completely on par with what they'd say.
