One time falling into the black hole on brittle hallow, I just happened to have my signalscope out and fall in at the right time to get the harmonic convergence achievement. It was an amazing moment exploring that world, falling through a black hole and being greeted by the travelers theme.
God what I would give to experience that game for the first time again
For a smaller indie game: The Big Con (recently added to Gamepass) made me smile almost the whole playthrough. It's a puzzle-adventure-like game with a cute style and the goofiest humor that resonated so well with my own, I couldn't help but laugh the whole time. :D
The first time I figured I could drown my sims. The accelerating horror and delight. Still a very important outlet of frustration for me to this day.
Connecting two defualt levels together with one line in mindustry
The ending of God of War: Ragnarok. Although I have some problems with the "mechanics" of the story (how they handled the prophecy is a bit silly) the emotional and thematic core of the story is A+. I got a bit teary eyed at multiple points in the game, and I almost cried at the ending. Kratos got the finale he deserved.
The first thing that comes to mind was my first play through of Yakuza 0. Majima spends so much time winning stuffed animals for a little girl that lost her dad. Part way through the quest line she starts calling him dad and it made him so happy. It warms the heart and I could not stop smiling.
Mass Effect 3: I am Garrus Vakarian and this is now my favorite spot on the Citadel!
Walking out of The Embrace in Horizon Zero Dawn and seeing this enormous beautiful landscape in front of you.
A bunch of moments in Mario Odyssey come to mind, especially the ending sequence
Yeah I have a bunch in this game as well. After the game ends it takes you back to Peach's castle and the castle theme song starts playing, I actually cried lmao
The music just brought me back to playing Mario 64 in my living room as a kid

That moment when you pulls the Master Sword from the Dragon, nothing top that moment for me in Zelda series.
Pizza Tower final boss had me laughing. Its such an anime fight its unreal. The culmination, the twists, the showdown, the music, the choreography. Definitely a must experience.
Also every time a game thanks you for playing it after the credits it warms my heart. You can feel the passion put into the game.
There were two in Control for me, both involving killer music: the ashtray maze and the altered movie camera. Absolutely grinning the entire time for both of those!
Metal Gear Solid 3, the ladder scene with the awesome soundtrack.
Animal crossin as a whole. I've tried multiple entries and the games are not quite my cup of tea in the long run. And yet I enjoy the start of a new game or coming back to a save. No pressure, no worries just some cuteness overload.
