I don't watch a lot of series so that's probably Sword Art Online Abridged... x OpenTTD
So it's probably about getting stuck inside a video game but the stated goal is to build a transportation network that spans the world. And if you're bankrupt in game, you die for real.
I'm not really sure how Brooklyn 99 and Stardew Valley would mix.

Dune and Elden Ring is going to make for some fucking crazy lore and story telling.
Dune and Final Fantasy VIII here - feels like it's a reasonable plot for another FF game, honestly.

The Bear and Plate Up! ... it actually just fits perfectly.
I also highly recommend Plate Up! for anyone who kind of liked Overcooked but wasn't quite hooked.
The Paris-Nice bicycle race team time trial is the last thing I watched. Fallout 4 is the last game I played.
