You will probably need a residence and work permit. You can find information about residence and work permit in Denmark on the website www.newtodenmark.dk - the officiel site for information about and applying for a residence and work permit in Denmark.

The job either has to be on the "Positive List for Skilled Work" or pay more than 375k dkk pr year, neither of which I doubt your internship will qualify for.

That’s not correct. It’s also possible to get a visa as a trainee if the internship meets certain requirememts.
