A discord client is now available for Windows XP and 2000. Now you can re-live those IRC days...sort of. (github.com)

Well discord isn't completely comparable to IRC but the look of that client sure is!

You can just download an irc client and log in to dal or one of the other fully functional irc hosts if you really want to relive the glory days of warez channels. You arent missing much.
