Neither, I'd rather use a fork long enough that noodles don't slip off it regardless of which way you hold it.
5 is the best fork
3 and that's what I have at home as well.
I like 5, 1 and 3. In that order
4 or 5 is my goto
the fourth one. I like flatter handles & the head looks like it works the best.
2 or 5 because I want a fork, not a spork
I am fond of #4 quite a bit. It's sleek, unconventional and aesthetically pleasing. :3
Second choice is probably #2.

1 or 5, they're both pretty sleek and have some texture around the edges. idrc about size
I like the shape and simplicity of 3, but the heft and polish of 5.
6 is irritating. It doesn't know what it wants to be.
Those are my thoughts exactly. As someone else pointed out, the tines on 5 are fucking immaculate as well. I want those tines!
