It's still good people realize billionaire owned media isn't on their side...

But it's always shocking that people are still figuring it out every single day, and then just openly pulling a trump and letting everyone know they just found out by saying "no one else could have possible known this because I didn't!"

The media might be ok with a neoliberal, but they'll always want the republican to win.

The only reason they give neoliberals any space is so a progressive can't fill it.

I agree, which is why if it has trump in the title and conjecture, don't click on it. They want the money and trump is their money train.

It's not just trump.

They fearmonger about trump, say neoliberals are our only hope, and anyone to the left of them is Boris Yeltsin

The whole thing is controlled opposition to make sure the wealthy always win.

Like, we don't have much choice for reporting, we just need people to understand that it will always have a pro-wealthy bias. And to never listen to their opinion pieces

Absolutely true, and tbf, the articles are 80% written well. It's the headline creators trying to get eyeballs that are most to blame. I'll the read the headline and sometimes it doesn't even pertain to the article or the article was written by AI. They know that most people only read the headline.

Very well put. Obfuscating these facts is part of the objective for any billionaire media owner - and it’s clearly paying off.

If any of you find out that any of these people take up independent (ie real) journalism, please post about it a ton on here.

I understand why NYT didn't lay off their newsroom, the transition happened long ago. It's extremely biased if you look at it everyday. WaPo had good articles, but obviously mid-life-crisis guy won't let that continue.

Don't let facts get in the way of a good conspiracy theory
