Getting deep into tech privacy has solved this for me. My browser essentially resets itself to factory defaults every time it opens. No more purple links!

I relate to this so hard. I can't stand targeted advertising or surveillance and switching to private alternatives helped a lot with my productively.

Set up a Pihole and see how much you're being watched. It's disgusting.

I didn’t know this was a thing. My memory is really good. I can’t forget stuff it’s a blessing and cures. Glad I didn’t get that part of the spectrum.
