The only reason Illinois should deploy National Guard is to march these fucks out under threat of arrest

I've heard a heard a number of very fit veterans bemoan that jumping out of the back of the truck looks cool in your 20s but your body already hurts in your 30s
They have no choice about their lawful orders. These guardsmen were ordered to deploy against America and didn't refuse. Maybe evil is a strong term but it sure sounds like Treason to me.
The guards job "in theory" is to help old people in hurricanes. It blew my mind at the time that National Guard units could be federalized and sent overseas. Wild that that is legal on any level. The whole point of the national guard is to defend the homeland and of course assist with natural disasters. That the President could strip the Homeland of it's defenders to fight foreign wars was bonkers to me.
Weird as in historically obesity and wealth went hand in hand and not it's flipped.
They still traitors. They could have refused their illegal orders and opted not to. Especially after DJT's whole speech about war against americans and the enemy at home.
I can't think of a single reason why they shouldn't be arrested the moment they show up in Chicage. Traitors and criminals, the lot of them.

It also weakens your sense of cause and effect, being drunk makes it harder to link consequences to actions. I've done things that really hurt people while drunk and even while still wasted instantly felt bad cause they got hurt. I definitely wanted to punch my friend for pouring booze on the floor but I definitely didn't want to crack his rib.
True to an extent but there's also a level of brain damage that can come with long term alcoholism (or extreme intoxication) where they lose the ability to form coherent thoughts while plastered and their drunk ramblings can be contradictory.
Definitely also want to throw up on your shoes, working up the courage now
But you absolutely can refuse to follow unlawful orders and these fucks got orders to deploy against Americans and opted to go along with it. That's treason.
