Limit campaigning to 6 weeks before the election. Our drawn out campaign cycle is unsubstainable.

Someone brought up an important point about stainless steal that i forgot until they mentioned it.. It's called stain-less, not stain-free.

I agree. I really like it. I have the deft from elecom as well and i much prefer the huge. If i go for something different, it will be a Kensington trackball or a ploopy nano.

Switched back to my moonlander for a bit and out the stock caps back on. With this track ball I'm getting some pleasingly retro vibes.

Yeah, the thumb cluster stays where it should without any major issue. I've had mine for about 9 months I think?

I replied below. I dunno if it will send you a notification.

I think it's a big help. I like being able to get my boards steeper, and it's also quicker to get setup the way I like compared to leveling out the legs and thumb clusters. The down side is, it's kinda crazy heavy, haha. It's solid plates of metal after all. They can make a little bit of noise with how the hing is assembled, but I haven't had much trouble with that.

There are other methods for tenting the moonlander, but I don't think anything can beat the ease of use or how compact the platform is, even if they're lighter.

Yeah, it's a tenting kit the moonlander. I think there could be better options for an iris than this.

Here's a recent-ish pic of how I use my moonlander at work. I've got some bog standard 24inch (I'm pretty sure, could be 27?) Monitors in portrait mode. I'm not a programmer, but a deal with a bunch of browser windows for work and they happen to tile out really nicely in this configuration.

Amen to that. The moonlander is tough as heck so far for me. I take it back and forth to work everyday (because I don't have the money for 2, lol), and it's holding up well.

The glove 80 is supposed to be getting a case soon from what their website says which will make that easier to lug around.

I have a moonlander and generally really like it, however I would take a second look at the glove 80. I'm tempted to eventually sell my moonlander or start saving up for a glove 80.

The moonlander is pretty solid, and you can get used to the thumb cluster, but I have smaller hands too, and it's tough to reach across all of the moonlander while touch typing. I think a key well would help with that issue.

I'll have to take a closer look at this. I need to make it easier to get to numbers and math symbols.

That looks dang good!

I really like my moonlander, but... I think I want to get get or put together a corne or a Charybdis.
