This point is being grossly overlooked. If the Supreme Court sides with the plaintiffs it will set a very irresponsible precedent and will open Pandora’s box of lawsuits

Gonna be completely honest - I joined this server because it was open and recommended on joinlemmy. Shortly after I saw beehive he defederated this server and the concern I have is others will follow suit. I know I could easily join another server, but before I do that, is this one going to make changes to get back on beehive’s good graces and prevent defederation elsewhere?
