Wie muss ich mir Sozialarbeiter beim Fußball vorstellen? Die das Vertrauen "der Fans" brauchen? Sozialarbeit habe ich bisher nicht direkt in Bezug zu Fußball gesehen.

Ich nehme an(!), dass bei den großen Vereinen die Fanprojekt-Mitarbeiter in Vollzeit bei den jeweiligen Vereinen angestellt sind, aber bei kleineren Vereinen ist das nicht unüblich. In einem mir bekannten Verein aus der zweiten Liga ist das auch so und der Träger des Fanprojekts ist auch da eben extern. In diesem Fall der Arbeiterwohlfahrt Kreisverband.

Wenn man mit Fußballvereinen mal auswärts mitfährt, sieht man, dass Sozialarbeit notwendig ist. Sei es, weil das halt auch ein bisschen aussieht wie "Jugendtreff macht Auswärtsfahrt (nur eben nicht als Ferienfreizeit in den Freizeitpark oder Zoo, sondern eben zum Fußball)" aber halt weil beim Fußball auch einfach alles zusammenkommt (Politik, Heranwachsende, die ihre Grenzen austesten, Gruppendynamiken).

Das KSC-Fanprojekt hat da auch einen kleinen historischen Abriss zu.

Ob das so immens wichtig ist kommt vielleicht auch auf den Teilbereich der Branche an. Mein Arbeitgeber hat in Teilen mit Unternehmen zu tun, die Online-Shops bewirtschaften. Da sind, neben den oben genannten Kosten für das eigentliche Erstellen der Fotos, auch Lizenzkosten danach ein Faktor. Sei es für Produktbilder mit Models (wo dann noch unterschieden wird, ob mit Kopf oder ohne) oder für so Marketingbilder. Wenn diese Lizenzkosten wegfallen und dann mit günstigen "Herstellungskosten" zusammenkommen, lohnt sich das sicher gewaltig.

I'm not really into the European scene as I just experienced some wXw events in the last couple of months whenever they were in town, but wXw is very open about that there is no place for racism, sexism etc. in their shows. There's a special announcement every time before the show starts.

For wXw at least, I bet he's history now, and I believe that means something for Archer's possibilities in participating in events in the European scene in future.
